Refunds are not available once you have started viewing the educational content.

Once the purchase is completed and content is accessed, the service is considered fully delivered.

يمكن طلب استرجاع فقط في حالة وجود مشكلة تقنية مؤكدة تمنع الوصول للمحتوى لأكثر من 48 ساعة.

Refund requests are only accepted for verified technical issues preventing content access for more than 48 hours.

يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء مع إثبات المشكلة التقنية.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of the technical issue.
